Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By using Rowad 4K, you expressly agree to be bound by every clause in this agreement.

1. Service definition and legal nature

Rowad 4K provides administration and routing of subscriptions to digital content streaming servers (IPTV). We act only as an intermediary and distributor of access services. We do not own servers that host or broadcast the content.

Rowad 4K does not host any audiovisual content on its servers. All streams come from independent third-party servers. Rowad 4K is solely an access and routing platform and is not a publisher or distributor of the content.

2. Eligibility and account creation

  • You must be 18 or older to use the service.
  • You are fully responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential.
  • Sharing account details with anyone outside the agreed subscription is prohibited.
  • You alone bear responsibility for any activity through your account.
  • We may refuse registration requests or suspend accounts without giving reasons.

3. Content and intellectual property

Because Rowad 4K operates only as an access-routing system, legal responsibility for broadcast content rests with the original service providers (the third party).

Rowad 4K is not responsible for copyright or intellectual-property infringements caused by third-party content, channels or streams stopping because of server-provider decisions, content quality or availability in particular regions, or offensive or unsuitable content from external sources.

4. Acceptable use

The subscriber agrees to use the service only for lawful personal purposes. The following are specifically prohibited:

  • Reselling the subscription or sharing it commercially without prior written permission.
  • Commercial use, such as display in hotels or restaurants, without a licence.
  • Attempting to breach systems or misuse the infrastructure.
  • Transferring credentials to third parties.
  • Using a VPN or circumvention tools to bypass intended geographic restrictions.

Breaching these clauses results in immediate account suspension without a refund of fees.

5. Refunds and service interruption

  • Within 24 hours of subscription: a full refund if the service is wholly non-functional and no part of it has been consumed.
  • After 24 hours: no refund is due if the service is operating normally.
  • If the service is interrupted for technical reasons on our side for more than 72 continuous hours, the subscriber is entitled to an extension equal to the interruption period.

A refund is excluded when the interruption comes from the user's internet connection, the service was actually used even for a short time, the account was stopped for a breach of these terms, or an ISP blocks the service. We do not control ISP decisions. These exclusions apply to the refund, not to every other remedy stated above.

6. ISP blocking

Rowad 4K recognises that some internet providers in certain regions may block streaming services. We do not control those decisions and bear no legal or financial liability for them. Users should check local ISP policies before subscribing. ISP blocking is not an accepted ground for a refund.

7. Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in these cases: breach of any of these terms, suspected unlicensed commercial use, false or misleading registration information, or fraud or an attempt to obtain services unlawfully.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. Rowad 4K is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damage from using the service, loss of data, revenue, or profit, third-party legal claims about broadcast content, or temporary interruption for server maintenance or force majeure.

Our maximum liability does not in any case exceed the subscription amount actually paid by the user.

9. Governing text and dispute resolution

This agreement is subject to applicable international commercial law. If a dispute arises, the parties are encouraged to resolve it amicably within 30 days through direct contact. If no resolution is reached, the dispute is referred to international arbitration under the applicable rules.

10. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email or in-app notices. Continued use of the service after the amendments are published means implied acceptance of them.
