2. How we use your data

  • Providing and administering the subscription.
  • Contacting you about the service.
  • Processing payment through the intermediary.
  • Complying with legal obligations and protecting against fraud.
  • Sending subscription-renewal notices, with an option to opt out.
  • Analysing usage patterns to improve service quality.
  • Sending promotional offers to current subscribers only. These can be cancelled at any time.

3. Sharing data with third parties

We will never sell your data. We may share it only in these limited cases:

  • Legal compliance, if the law or a court order requires it.
  • Technical service providers, such as hosting and email infrastructure partners bound by the same protection standards.
  • Payment processors, only to complete your financial transactions. We do not retain card details.

4. Cookies

  • Necessary: login and the user session.
  • Analytics: improving the user experience.
  • Preferences: language and saved settings.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but that may affect some site functions.

5. Data security and retention

  • Encryption in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

Retention period: we keep account data throughout the subscription and for up to 12 months after it ends, for accounting and legal obligations.

  • Objection: object to processing of your data for marketing.
